Richmarc is a live-action, production business providing prep-to-finish services for commercials, corporate communications, network documentaries and web programming and utilizes the latest, most efficient and cost effective production tools available.

You will find our roots are in 35mm film production and our values remain grounded there as we celebrate 10 years of work in Electronic Cinematography (EC) and HD acquistion.

We’re creative and flexible production people and we thrive on the collaborative process and work hard to deliver beyond expectation with every project. We have a passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to delivering a first class production, on time and on budget.

We offer a wide variety of production services for a diverse range of clients. All types of businesses from advertising and governmental agencies and Fortune 500 companies; to independent producers and non-profit entities; to national TV networks and others have called upon Richmarc’s experience and expertise.

Richmarc was established over 25 years ago as a film (35mm and 16mm) production company. In 1999, we made the then radical transition to high-end HD production.  Today, HD is all we do, using the latest in EC technology and techniques...and Richmarc is generally regarded as one of the best-equipped, most experienced EC/HD production facilities in the Midwest.

What We Do
Our services range from comprehensive 1080p HD production to complete HD post production. We own the latest HD cameras, lenses, monitors as well as the latest Avid HD edit suite.  Owning our gear allows us to bundle production costs to work within a wide range of budgets.

* New!  Avid Nitris DX HD platform for editing and finishing with 5 Terabytes of dedicated storage space

* Sony HDW-1800 studio HD deck for mastering

* Cine-Tal 25 inch HD evaluation grade monitor, the global HD standard for critical evaluation for color enhancement

Since 2006, we have done our rough cuts in full HD. We attend to color enhancement, effects, etc. as we edit. When the edit is approved, we simply output to an HD master.   All subsequent dubs, dupes, discs, media, etc. are made from the HD master, which provides first generation, highest possible quality copies in any format.
